Happy Birthday Boulder...

Today is my Boy's 6th Birthday. My furry canine boy. I remember the first time I ever saw him - he was 3 months old and was a ball of soft, plush fur. I fell in love instantly. Since then, Boulder has been more than a canine companion; he has become a huge part of our family. He has travelled the country with us and been a part of pretty much all our adventures. 


He's funny - I can't tell you how many times I burst out laughing at certain things he does. He is loving - boy does he crave affection (and I must admit I love to give it to him). He is known to lean his body into yours or sit right on top of your feet because he just can't seem to ever get "close enough". At 105 lbs. he still attempts to be a lap dog. The only thing is it's usually just the top half of his body in my lap -  nothing else fits! 


Boulder has been the absolute BEST dog ever. His temperament is nothing short of amazing. He is sweet, a true gentle giant but also very protective of his family and extremely fun loving and loyal. I honestly could not love a dog more than I love him...Happy 6th Birthday my little bear... Loving all the memories and laughs you've given me in the past and looking forward to so many more to come...
